ADAM IS SENSITIVE!
Here is a video of Adam splitting his pants when he does his signature dance move (You can hear the rip at 13 seconds in) and then afterwards he gets real sensitive about a little weight gain!
Im pretty sure this was taken right after he met Caroline, so he was probably laying in bed all day eating chocolates and whispering sweet nothings. Its OK Adam, 100SFD's will have you back to fighting shape in no time!
