"THE RADIOHEAD SHRED"

So... we just wanted to let you all in our newest work out. 
The work out that is going to keep our spirits up and our asses 
firm through the last 90% of this sugar free adventure. 


We figured that it would be a crime to keep all of you from the innovations, 
inspired by the Venice Chapter of this 100 day shred, so here ya go! 
Don't be intimidated by his spastic-gypsy-ghost dancing...
make it your own!

#1- Hit play, and stand away from the computer.
            (Be sure there is enough room for you to thrash about and release your inner Yorke)
#2- "Do What He Do"
#3- Keep doing "What He Do"
#4-  Hit Replay, baby! 


*Repeat 10x's. 


Roy and I did this last night until we passed out...
whether it was due to over-exertion or sleep deprivation or wine consumption, 
it doesn't really matter.... does it??
