D-Thom (aka male nurse) and Emily sent me some pics of them sugar free shopping yesterday, they were diligent with reading their labels and word on the street is that they are going to be doing some P90X along with the

After some serious research here is what they found-
Bananas - (good) no refined sugar
Yoo-Hoo - (bad) lots of refined sugar
Milk - (good) no added refined sugar
Reese's Puffs - (really bad) lots of sugar
