Ashley and I have been doing something the past few months, we give months a theme, and then act accordingly!
For example, we had "Sports January", where we went to as many sporting activities as possible. "Live Performance February", we got in a ton of live music and theatre. And now we are gearing up for "New Digs March"! We plan on checking out new places for everything including restaurants, hikes, and SHREDDING!!!
Well Ashley was working yesterday, so Molly and I decided to get a jump on "New Digs March" and check out a new shred spot!
FYI, Molly is pretty much going crazy on the shred tip! She is shredding all over town! I saw her in Whole Foods last night holding 2 milk jugs doing bicep curls!
We hit up YAS in Venice for a one hour class split up into 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of yoga. All in all i think the spot was pretty cool! The class was a little bit more mellow than I'm used to, with only 30 minutes of spinning and 30 of yoga its tough to get too deep into either one. I was feeling under the weather so it actually was nice to just get a light sweat going and not go 100% into a work out, but I'm not sure $17 is worth it for the experience. ($14 with a student ID)
"New Digs March" should bring plenty of fun new spots to check out in LA!
