SHREDDING NEWS - Thursday, February 17th

Vanessa hit up an aerobics weight lifting class. Her and Mitch both are working on Mitch's infamous catering truck (The Green Truck, see right) feeding Kobe Bryant and crew on a Mercedes commercial. Kobe, Mitch, and V-Rod should have no problems fighting sugar urges since all they serve is organic, green, and uber healthy!

Stephanie is in San Fran fighting urges at Starbucks this morning, she is ordering her lattes "sugar free" and her p90x is in full swing. Its Kenpo tonight!

Denlin is on a Lil-Wayne shoot all day with our good friend Cheese, shes fighting the craft service table... its a bitch that craft service!!!

Kool-Aid got in a 2 mile run followed by a 1 mile cool down walk with the dog, followed by a bit of abdominal work!

Word on the street is that Schwartz hasn't stopped doing keigels since yesterday, needless to say Beezus is excited to see him put those muscles to use the next time they see each other! He also got in a 6 mile run at 7:00 pace per mile. That Schvitz is a BEAST! cant wait to see him perform at the mudder!

Kane Train has a serious "EYE OF THE TIGER"

Girls Night is taking a off day from Kenny Kane since hes been giving her an ass kicking pretty much every day!

Speaking of Kenny, our good friend Taylor is debating hopping on board the "Kane Train" and going a few sessions with 100SFD's favorite trainer!

Lannie did some 'TRX band training, and an AB ripping sit up routine!" - get after in Lan-Man, you set the bar high today with those AFTER PICS from last year!

Baby Kate is up north killing the shred! She did Body Pump tonight, which is an hour long weight lifting class!

Jessica D knocked out an hour long yoga DVD.

And lastly,  I myself got into a yoga class and got my butt whooped up on! Alyssa at power yoga put a hurting on me! Then Ash and I took a nice mile long walk to get groceries and carried them all the way back.. hey, shredding is shredding any way you get it!
