1/4 OF THE WAY AND PEOPLE ARE SHREDDING!

CONGRATS EVERYONE! We made it 1/4 of the way! That means we are 25% done with the sugar challenge!

There are some serious gains that need to be reported!

First off, Mama Kerner has lost 12 pounds! She started a little before the challenge but she is killing it! Her niece was in town with friends and in true Mama Kerner fashion her house was like a bakery! Rice Krispie Treats, chocolate chip cookies, and ice-cream! Mama didn't lick the spoon once, NOTHING! We are soooo proud of you! Keep it up!

Winters has lost over 2 inches to her waistline! Keep shredding W!

Me taking a nap last year on Daniel perfectly round pillow belly!

D-Thom has lost almost 16 pounds!!!!! Thats right everyone!!! 16!!! You put in the work and you WILL see results! (Except you Lannie.. Genetics only go so far) He started at 215 pounds and his goal is to end up at a lean fighting weight of 185! You can do it D-Thom! I just need your motivation to run off on Mike K!

Looks like i wont be getting any sleep on this tummy anytime soon!

SHREDDING NEWS - Friday, February 1th

Beezus has hit up 2 days now of cross fit Raleigh! She made the steps to get a running partner (she is partnering with someone she doesn't know so she cant cancel on them, very smart B!)

Winters, D-Thom, and Emily all did P90X this morning together, there was no school in DC today so afterwards Winters went and topped it off with 2 hours of tennis!

Lan-Man did a solid 45 minute lower body work out, but needs to rest up this weekend and comeback strong on Monday! He found a gym all the way out in Knabb, Utah! (see right)

Mike Kerner still hasn't quit the challenge, last year he quit day one at breakfast so he has already improved by 300%, he knocked out a 2 mile run/jog today.

Girls Night has also been doing some running, she ran 40 minutes this morning... NON STOP! TAKE THAT MIKE KERNER!!!!!!

Wendy Darling is sugar free 3 days now and killing it!

Baby Kate is really putting the work in! She found a place that does hydrostatic body fat testing in the middle of fucking nowhere and has a scheduled dip for tuesday! Way to go Baby Kate!

Molly has hit 3 yoga classes 3 days in a row! thats called a "Santa Monica Stretch Hat Trick!"

Meghan Fox is a bit under the weather and we wish her well! She plans on getting back to shredding in no time!

Heather is having no problems, she had to change her morning breakfast from cereal to a hard boiled egg and grape fruit but seems to be enjoying the change of pace!

Jessica Dean was on the P90X train today getting in some arms and back work!

Ashley and I posted a work out we did earlier and plan on getting in a 45 minute run along with some good rest this weekend!

And last but never least Mike Schvitz had a great work out this morning. He got in 20 minutes of weight training and a 40 minute run down to the San Francisco marina. He sent this beautiful pic this morning after his adventure! Thanks Mike!

Sugar... but maybe more?

Hey everyone,
I've been speaking with people who are excited about the 100SFD (100 sugar free days) and I'm getting a lot of positive responses! There are a ton of people who are interested and gearing up to make the leap on February 15th!

I want to stress that although sugar is the cornerstone of this challenge, please feel free to cut anything else out of your diet (or life) for the 100 days. or on the flip, feel free to add stuff like yoga or regular exercise.
this is your challenge! customize and tailor it for your needs.

For me, i want to be in the best shape of my life on my 30th birthday in July.  I'm going to try and exercise a ton. I will be blogging everyday I work out.

Ash is going to try and limit her carb intake. Her weakness is bread. (inside secret- watch her eyes light up when a waiter puts a basket of bread down. its like crack to her so watch your fingers near her mouth)

Roy I'm sure is going to try and do a bunch of yoga classes and running.

Mama Kerner said she was going to try and do her best to stop with her weakness which happens to be potato chips. (I've tempted her with this picture on the right)

take the next few days and set some personal goals.

9 DAYS TILL WE START!
