Stephanie is baaaaack ... She emailed me today to let me know that she didn't quit. She only "quit" when she thought that there was NO sugar, like fruit and stuff was off limits. Well she finally got around to looking at the rules and still wants in. Welcome back Stephanie! We missed you and welcome you back as a serious 100SFD competitor.

Baby Kate had a 1 hour weight lifting class! She is turning into the MVP of this competition! Keep it real up there Baby Kate! We are hella proud of you!!

Brenna knocked out some cross fit... Hang in there B! It will get better! 

Girls Night is sick people! Get better GNG!

Molly and I both knocked out a spinning/yoga class at YAS in Venice! I plan on blogging about that more this weekend!

Ryan and Paul (Ryan was on yesterdays LABOR PAINS blog and Paul owns the gym we shred in) signed up for the Tough Mudder and Ash and I are seriously pumped to run with them! Lets kick ass boys!!!!!

Mini Mandy AKA Polly Pocket sent me a wonderful email today, here is a clip describing just what she is enduring!

"I have been tempted on multiple occasions. College is FULL of sugar! In the last week I have turned down offers of: brownies,carrot cake, homemade banana ice cream, vt apple pie, chocolate chip cookies (multiple times) , banana bread, dark chocolate ( a present from someone who doesn't know im not eating sugar...good intentions though), fudge, chocolate truffles, ben and jerry's (twice) and coconut chocolate squares.. ALL of it fo' FREE!... its only been a week."

I wouldn't wish that temptation on my worst enemy.. hang in there Polly Pocket!:)

Pretty big smile for a QUITTER! Pffft

Winters played frisbee for 30 minutes and then made her class sprint up stairs! She also made her class do a 2 mile walk. She said that they slept like... well.. children afterwards! She had 5 kids commit to the 100SFD's and only has 2 left! We salute you strong children! As for the quitters... Is this our nations future?! A bunch of QUITTERS?! Well congrats random kid with navy blue sweatshirt in Winters class! You made it on the 100SFD BURN BOARD!!!! I hope that the shame of being on our BURN BOARD drives you to early onset insanity!!!

OK that was probably just a bit too much...
