100 pull ups in 12 minutes!


2 things to notice here, 1 - my septum is deviated like a bitch and, 2 - my chin got cut open by the pull up bar because I WAS KILLING THE PULL UPS!!!

We did a beach work out with Kenny today! It was a rough one!

Pretty simple, set the clock for 12 minutes!

START CLOCK - Do as many pull ups as you can, when you break (at failure) do a 50 yard sprint out and back, then do more pull ups.  Do this for 12 minutes!

It sucks. I got 100 pull ups in and Ash (like the true beast she is) got in 67!!!

FYI- I split the chin on pull up #99!

AMAZING!!!!!
