I spoke with Adam and Caro (The Canadian Shred Team) and Adam told me that he has never felt better in his whole life! Wow, thats amazing! Thanks for the kind words Adam, Im glad to know that this is having some sort of effect of people!
Winters has lost 3 inches off her waist since we started! 3!!! I just cant believe that!
I feel great! It took me awhile to get here but I feel sooo much better than I did 70 days ago when this all started.
Thanks everyone for hanging with this for the past 70ish days and lets sprint hard to the finish line!
