Try This Shit!

75 Pull Ups for time!!!!

After a kick ass Tabada-Run (sprint 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds on a 12% incline) x 8

we rested for 5 minutes then did the pull ups (5 minutes was not a ton of time after those sprints)

I got 75 done in 7:48 and ash did 9:23 (thats right, and she did them for real, like full on dude pull-ups!)

This BITCH is BAD!!!!!! (not bad meaning bad but bad meaning good)
Put that in your book! (name that movie, anyone? anyone?)
