breakfast shred at FFOTB

for time -

400 meter run
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 burpees


Tylers time - 3:18


AMRAP 8 - do this for 8 minutes without stopping
8 Jumping Lunges
8 Bird Pickers
8 KB Swings (using 55lb kettle bell)
